Fabric and structure colour: Separate colour sets for structure and fabric plus a custom RGB shade.
Side closures: Fourteen infill types per side; the terrace can stay open or take screens, louvres or glazing.
Lighting and equipment: LED sets of 6 to 12 units, edge lighting, heaters and outlets by position.

What the engine validates

Pitch capped at 15°: Patio models stop at 15°; the wider range up to 25° is a property of the louvered and fabric verandas.
Shared patio size grid: Standard sizes from 4×3 to 6×4 m are identical for the fabric, louvered and glass patio roofs.
Middle posts above 4 m: A middle post is added automatically according to structure width.
Additional post collisions: Custom posts cannot be placed where the structure already has one.

What changes the price

Dimension bracket: The width × depth bracket forms the price base, as with the other patio models.
Roof model: The fabric roof carries the lowest model base of the three patio variants.
Side closures: Per-side infill prices account for most of the gap between an open and a closed terrace.

Why is the fabric patio roof the cheapest?+

It carries the lowest model base of the three patio models. The rest of the price is the dimension bracket, side infills and equipment, so the gap can be compared directly in the configurator.

Can it be upgraded to a solid roof later?+

In the configurator that is a model switch, so the comparison is one click. Whether a physical upgrade is possible on a finished build depends on your system.

Do the sides have to be closed?+

No. An open terrace is a valid and the most common configuration; infills can be added only where the buyer needs them.
