1. Controller

The data controller is 811 GROUP s.r.o., Dunajská 39, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovakia. For anything concerning your data, write to info@treede.eu.

2. What we collect

What we hold depends on which form you used.

Demo request — name, work email, company, optionally a phone number and a note, plus your answers to six questions: what you sell, how many quotes you issue a month, how you quote today, what you want to change and on what timeframe.
Waitlist — email, company, monthly quote volume and an optional note.
Sales process audit (checklist) — name, work email, phone, optionally your company, and your answers in the audit.
Contact form — name, email, optionally phone and company, and the message itself.
Live chat — the conversation and anything you choose to share in it, such as your name or email. The chat loads only when you click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
Technical data — IP address and browser details, processed by the bot protection at the edge and by analytics.

We attach the identifier of the page you came from, so we know which configurator type the enquiry is about.

A configuration you build in the 3D configurator lives in the page address in your own browser. The quote PDF is produced on your device and is not uploaded to us unless you send it yourself.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Answering your request — preparing a walkthrough, replying to a question or adding you to the waitlist. The basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Judging demand for configurators not yet built — the form answers tell us which types to build first. The basis is our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Traffic analytics — only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
Preventing form abuse — limiting how many submissions come from one IP address. Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who receives the data

Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts the site and handles submitted forms on their way to us.
Our email provider — delivers submitted forms to us.
tawk.to inc. (USA) — live chat. It loads only when you click the chat icon and stores the conversation.
Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS and the bot check at the edge of the site.
Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, active only after you consent.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions and chat conversations: three years from our last contact with you.
Analytics data: per the analytics platform’s settings, typically up to 26 months.
Rate-limit records: only while the server process runs; they are not stored.

6. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right:

to access your data and receive a copy,
to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
to erasure where there is no longer a reason to process it,
to restriction of processing,
to data portability,
to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Write to info@treede.eu to exercise any of these. We answer within one month at the latest.

7. Complaints

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, where the controller is established — or to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent. You can change that choice at any time from the cookie settings in the footer. The tawk.to live chat loads only when you click the chat icon; only then does it store its own identifiers in your browser, so the conversation carries on across pages. The site also remembers that you used the chat and loads it straight away on later pages.

9. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when what we do with data changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
