Case study
Moja Pergola doesn’t collect clicks. It builds pergolas.
For Moja Pergola we joined the landing page, the marketing and a 3D configurator into one selling system. The customer designs the pergola, sees the price, and the salesperson receives a finished enquiry instead of one sentence in a form.

The numbers
100+
enquiries a month from marketing and the configurator
16%
of enquiries became a real pergola installation
Moja Pergola runs the combined landing page, marketing and 3D configurator journey. It brings in hundreds of enquiries a month, and 16% of them became a real pergola installation.
How to read these numbers

Client data (first-party). An enquiry is a form with a configuration, a phone call or an email. There is no comparable pre-launch period, so this is not an uplift claim or an isolated configurator effect.
Where it was stuck
An enquiry about a made-to-measure pergola is incomplete by nature. The customer writes that they want a pergola for their patio, and the salesperson starts by asking about dimensions, model, colour, anchoring and accessories. That is several e-mails, or one long phone call, before a quote can even be drafted.
Every such enquiry costs the same work whether or not it ends in an installation. At dozens of enquiries a month, the salesperson spends most of the time retyping parameters rather than selling.
What we built
A landing page and campaigns that bring in someone interested in a pergola, and a 3D configurator in which they design it themselves. Dimensions, structural model, colour, blades, side elements and accessories — all in one visual flow that will not let them assemble a combination that cannot be manufactured.
The price is calculated by the engine from the client’s own price list. The customer is not shown a rough estimate but a figure built on the same rules the salesperson quotes from.
The enquiry then travels on with the whole configuration: dimensions, options, price and a link to the design. The salesperson does not write the first e-mail full of questions. They write the second one, with a quote.
How it works today
The system runs as a single path from the advert to the enquiry. The customer designs the pergola, sees the price and submits the configuration. The salesperson receives enquiries that are technically complete, and the only remaining decision is which one to take first.
What generalises
This is not proof that a configurator on its own increases sales — without a comparable pre-launch period no such conclusion is available, and we are not making one. What does carry over: when the customer configures the product themselves and sees the price, the enquiry is qualified before a salesperson touches it. Work that used to be done by hand on every enquiry gets done once, in the rules.
